At this site you will find all the activities of the training centre of Antoine de Bodt in Belgium. Antoine de Bodt is a horse trainer in Belgium who runs his own training centre. People who have a horse with problems will bring their horse to the training centre to be trained for a month. Clients can have riding lessons with their horse at the training centre. Antoine de Bodt was born in 1949 in Belgium. His father and grandfather was working with horses, so he grew up among horses and he belongs to the 3rd generation of horse trainers. He can look back at a career of 40 years in equine sport.
He took lessons of the
best of the world like Oliviera, Von Neindorff, Le Roland,
Buurmans and Bemmelmans. Antoine was riding at grand-prix level
himself, but his special attention always went to the so-called
‘problem horses’. The riding school he managed until recently,
became ‘the place to be’ for the solving of riding problems.
Even now he runs his own training centre in Belgium for horses who
have problems like being lame because of navicular disease.

Two years ago Appie became lame because of navicular disease. He was examined by a lot of vets and specialists but no one was able to help him. Until his owner came into contact with Antoine who said it probaly was a riding problem. It took Antoine 10 minutes to get the horse sound again, this was 2 years ago. Nowadays the horse is still in perfect condition as you can see in the film.

There are riders who like to learn dressage and Antoine the Bodt teaches them the classical horsemanship trough his training method. Beneath you see pictures of Angelina & Ingrid who train at the training centre every month.
